We recommend ordering your tux or suit at as soon as you're ready. During peak prom season (March-May), popular styles may sell out, so ordering early ensures you get your preferred look. However, we can accommodate rush orders with as little as 2 days before your prom night depending on the style.
It's simple. Select your style, add the date of your event, and provide your sizes. Your tux or suit will arrive 14 days before your event (unless you place your order within 14 days before your event, in which case it will ship immediately). Try it on, make sure it fits perfectly, and enjoy your prom! If you need any exchanges, just let us know and we'll get them to you right away. After your event, use the prepaid return label to ship everything back within 3 days.
Our Fit Survey makes it easy to find your sizes in minutes—just answer a few simple questions about yourself and our proprietary AI fit algorithm does the rest.
No problem. If your tux or suit doesn't fit perfectly, contact our Customer Experience team immediately. We offer free replacement items that can be rush shipped to you before your event. This is why we ship 10 days before your event—to allow time for any needed adjustments.
All rentals must be returned within 3 days after your event. Simply use the prepaid return label included with your order.

Tuxedos are traditionally more formal and feature satin details (lapels, buttons, galloon striping on pants), making them perfect for creating a classic, elevated look. Suits offer more versatility as they can more easily be dressed up or down. Consider your school's prom dress code, your personal style, and what your date is wearing. When in doubt, we recommend opting for a tuxedo as you can never be overdressed—your date will thank you.
